Recovery doesn't look the same for everyone. We help you find the path that's right for you.

Nura Recover is an outpatient mental health and substance use program built around one idea: no two paths through recovery look the same, so no two treatment plans should either.

We work with out-of-network benefits and are completing in-network credentialing with major insurers.

Our approach

Recovery is a journey, not a diagnosis to manage.

"We treat the person in front of us, not a category they fall into."

A steady, supportive environment and mindfulness practice that help clients regain a sense of control.

Intensive outpatient program (IOP 5) · San Rafael

Our most structured outpatient care, five days a week.

IOP 5 is our most intensive outpatient track: three-hour sessions, five days a week, combining group therapy, individual sessions, and clinical support. It's often the right starting point for early recovery or a step down from residential care.

  • You’re in the early stages of recovery and need more daily structure than a few sessions a week can offer.
  • You’re stepping down directly from residential treatment or another higher level of care.
  • You’ve tried IOP 3 or a lighter schedule and found you need more support to stay on track.

Outpatient program · San Rafael

A lighter rhythm of support, built for steady ground.

Our Outpatient Program (OP) offers weekly therapy and check-ins for clients who’ve already built a foundation in recovery and are ready to carry more of daily life on their own — with support still close by.

  • You’ve completed IOP, PHP-level care elsewhere, or another structured program and are ready for less intensity.
  • You’re managing recovery reasonably well but want regular, ongoing clinical support.
  • You have a stable home environment and a support system outside of treatment.
